Exchange & Return Policy

At Beauty Basket, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing a reliable and smooth shopping experience. Below is a clear explanation of our exchange, return, and cancellation policies:


First: Makeup Products

For health and safety reasons, makeup products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after purchase.


Second: Failure to Receive the Order

  • The delivery courier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
  • If the order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse, and the order value will be refunded after deducting the delivery fee (19 SAR).


Third: Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Please provide a photo or video clearly showing the issue via our customer service WhatsApp: +966 56 642 8538.
  • Once the issue is confirmed:
  • If the product is damaged: compensation will be provided in the form of a store credit voucher valid for one month.
  • If the product is incorrect: the correct product will be reshipped after receiving the returned item in its original condition.


Fourth: Return or Exchange of a Non-Defective Product

  • You may return or exchange any product except makeup products, provided it is in its original condition.
  • A fee of 25 will be deducted to cover delivery costs.


Fifth: Order Cancellation and Modification

  • Orders may be canceled within two (2) hours of placement with no charges.
  • After two hours, the delivery fee (19 SAR) will be charged.
  • Orders cannot be modified after submission; however, they may be canceled within one (1) hour and a new order can be placed.
  • Beauty Basket reserves the right to cancel or amend any order in the event of a clear technical or pricing error.


Sixth: Cash on Delivery (COD)

If the order is not received after three delivery attempts, the Cash on Delivery option will be disabled for the customer in future orders.


Seventh: Out-of-Stock Products

If any item becomes unavailable, it will be removed from the order and refunded accordingly. The customer will be notified by our customer service team.


Eighth: Price Differences

If a replacement product is selected at a higher price, the customer shall bear the price difference.


Ninth: Duplicate Orders

If a duplicate order is delivered by mistake, Beauty Basket will cover the cost of returning the product.


Tenth: Shipping Fees

Shipping and payment fees are non-refundable, unless the delivered product is damaged or unfit for use.
