User Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to the Beauty Basket online store.

This User Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the platform and all legal effects arising therefrom. Your access to or use of the store constitutes your full acceptance—with your legal, Shariah, regulatory, and statutory capacity—of all the provisions of this Agreement. Such acceptance constitutes a binding commitment to comply with its terms.

This Agreement becomes effective immediately upon your registration or use of the store’s services, in accordance with Article (10) of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.


Article One – Definitions

  1. Store: Refers to the Beauty Basket store in all its online forms, whether a website, application, or any other digital means.
  2. Consumer: Any person who uses the store to obtain the products or services offered.
  3. Agreement: Refers to these terms and conditions governing the relationship between the store and the consumer.


Article Two – Consumer Eligibility

  1. The consumer represents that they have the legal, Shariah, and statutory capacity to deal with the store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  2. In the event of any violation of this provision, the consumer shall bear full responsibility for any resulting legal or regulatory consequences.


Article Three – Store Obligations

  1. The store undertakes to provide products or services to the consumer as displayed on the platform.
  2. The store may offer additional services, such as after-sales services, depending on the nature of the product or service.


Article Four – Terms of Use

  1. The consumer undertakes to use the platform in compliance with the laws, regulations, and public morals applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer agrees not to use the products or services in any manner that violates such laws, regulations, or public morals.


Article Five – Accounts and Registration

Upon creating an account on the store, the consumer agrees to the following:

  • To maintain the confidentiality of account information and passwords and to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • To bear full responsibility for any use of the account, even if such use is carried out by a third party.
  • To use the account in good faith and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • The store reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account if inaccurate information is provided or if any provision of this Agreement is violated.
  • The store undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the consumer’s data and not to disclose it except as permitted by applicable laws and regulations.


Article Six – Official Communications

  1. Electronic communication channels registered on the platform shall be deemed the official means of communication.
  2. All electronic notifications or correspondence shall have the same legal effect as written correspondence.
  3. The store reserves the right to send public or private messages to consumers related to services or terms.


Article Seven – Amendments and Fees

  1. The invalidity or nullity of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  2. The store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions whenever necessary.
  3. Additional fees or taxes may be imposed in accordance with applicable laws or the nature of the products and services.
  4. The store may add, amend, or cancel any fees after notifying the consumer.


Article Eight – Payment and Invoicing

  1. The store provides multiple online payment methods or any other methods announced in the future.
  2. The store undertakes to display prices in a manner consistent with market value.
  3. The store shall issue an invoice or receipt for each purchase transaction.
  4. The store applies generally accepted accounting standards.


Article Nine – Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights related to the store (including the name, logo, designs, and content) are fully reserved.
  2. The consumer undertakes to respect these rights and not to infringe upon them in any manner.


Article Ten – Store Liability

  1. The store undertakes to conduct its activities in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The store shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from improper use by the consumer or by third parties (such as shipping companies).
  3. The store undertakes to provide lawful, legitimate, and duly authorized products and services.


Article Eleven – Access Restriction

The store reserves the right to suspend or cancel any consumer account or restrict access to the platform at any time without prior notice.


Article Twelve – Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Article Thirteen – General Provisions

  1. The Arabic language shall be the primary reference for the interpretation of this Agreement.
  2. All prices are subject to change in accordance with the store’s policy.
  3. Promotional offers are temporary, and the store reserves the right to amend or discontinue them at any time.
  4. Both parties undertake to comply with applicable Shariah, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  5. This Agreement may only be terminated by a decision of the store’s management.
